Mathematics

MATH NOW uses a balanced approach and helps students to develop conceptual understanding combined with procedural fluency. It addresses the development of Social Emotional Learning skills, Financial Literacy, Coding and Mathematical Modelling Process added to the Math Curriculum 2020. The Coding lessons facilitates learning in block coding basics, logic and algorithms and coding and debugging skills in engaging coding assignments. Over 20 short videos (total about 80 minutes) demonstrating the uses of coding blocks are available to help teachers delivering the coding expectations in the new Curriculum.

The MATH NOW series is approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education and available online and in print format.

Practising Fundamentals Workbook

Practising Fundamentals questions are available for each lesson followed by a quiz at the end of a Chapter. Practising Fundamentals helps facilitate concept understanding and problem-solving skills. Students use different tools and strategies, critical thinking and creativity to solve problems and develop self-confidence through practice and elevate their overall performance.>
